As a responsible breeder, we need to ensure that our puppies are placed in the best possible homes.

By filling out this questionnaire, you are under no obligation to purchase a puppy. The information you supply will not be shared with any third party. This information is merely to learn more about you and if our puppies would be a good match. When filling out this questionnaire please be as honest as we are about ourselves.
